Developed and shipped features for a production multi-tenant cloud platform, including automated DNS discovery for domains, mailstores, and Microsoft tenants. Built asynchronous processing pipelines, real-time WebSocket communication, complex Livewire and Filament interfaces, comprehensive Pest test coverage, and PHPStan Level 8 static analysis to ensure scalability and long-term maintainability.

Upgraded legacy Laravel codebases from versions 5.x and 7.x up to 11.x and 12.x across client projects. Simultaneously upgraded major dependencies including Livewire, Filament, and underlying PHP versions without downtime.

Test architecture and code quality engineering across Laravel codebases. Designed testing strategies for domain-driven applications, established project-specific Pest conventions, upgraded test suites to Pest 5, and built AI agent skills that encode application architecture and testing patterns for better AI-generated tests. Integrated Pest's PHPStan and Rector plugins, introduced PHPStan up to Level Max, wrote custom Rector rules, and increased test coverage from 0% to 100% on selected projects.

Open-source Laravel package for integrating with the TRX Mall POS sales reporting API. Built Artisan commands, schedulable jobs, and extensible service stubs for custom sales payload transformation.

Engineered a multi-carrier shipping and logistics platform featuring barcode scanning, third-party customer lookup APIs, US ZIP code delivery zone mapping, dynamic evaluation of four shipping providers, deliverability verification, and automated shipping label PDF generation with fallback routing.

Developed and shipped features for an enterprise equipment booking platform, including its complex multi-asset booking model. Integrated Dialpad APIs and Laravel Prism to automate call summarization and structured booking-data extraction while modernizing the codebase with Rector, Pint, and PHPStan to improve maintainability and developer productivity.

Dynamic clinical form builder for oncology patient visits using Filament and Livewire. Allows healthcare professionals to design custom patient forms, calculate scores from historical visit data, and configure dynamic field visibility rules without writing code.

Multi-vendor CMS and e-commerce application running across multiple databases and domains from a single codebase. Built Excel bulk product imports, a spreadsheet-like bulk editing interface, and a drag-and-drop menu builder with submenu support. Introduced PHPStan and Rector.

Led the end-to-end development of a full-scale freelance marketplace over two years, building nearly all major product systems across consultant discovery, proposals, agency and client teams, hourly and fixed-price contracts, real-time communication, activity monitoring, automated billing, wallets, tax workflows, notifications, and administration. Built complex role-based workflows, contract lifecycle management, scheduled billing, WebSocket-powered chat, and desktop activity tracking comparable to mature freelance platforms.

Migrated a legacy Drupal yacht charter system to modern Laravel architecture, adding multi-lingual date-range filtering, real-time availability verification, and dynamic API pricing, yielding an 80–90% performance improvement.
